About ZeLand

We are a 501c3 non-profit created to help individuals who are trying to navigate living with MCAS.

Our Goals:

Create a safe enviornment in which to reside and recover.
Identify triggers and understand your physical response to them.

Do our best to help prevent further exposure.

Get you back on your feet so you can live a powerful life.

ZeLand's Mission

At ZeLand, it is our strong belief that no one should have to fight for the right to simply exist in  safety.

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for individuals with severe Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)—a place where they can breathe freely, heal, and reclaim their lives.

Through the creation of toxin-free, environmentally safe housing; we offer MCAS patients a refuge from the relentless triggers that threaten their health and well-being.

ZeLand is more than just a safe place. It is a path to restoration by removing environmental
triggers, and fostering a community of understanding.

We facilitate a path for MCAS patients to stabilize their health, regain independence; and to rediscover the simple joys of living.

ZeLand is not just a home; it is a movement toward dignity, understanding, and hope.

We are committed to expanding our reach; to build communities that offer peace, security, and the
promise of a better tomorrow.

No one should have to suffer in isolation. At ZeLand, You Are Not Alone!

What's Happening Now?

We are currently in the process of raising funds and awareness about MCAS.

Through these fundraising efforts we will proceed with construction of living quarters.

They will be free of artificial scents.

They will avoid building materials that outgas harmful chemicals.

They will avoid paints and stains that will cause reactions, as well as other know material triggers.

What Is The Significance Of The Zebra?
No two Zebra have the same pattern of stripes.  Some have bold strips, some are faded, some even have spots!  People living with MCAS are similar.  Every individual may have totally different lifestyles: Some may be triggered by food, others by the enviornment; and some maybe triggered by certain types of  medicine. Reactions can be vastly different depending on the individual.  In certain cases your options are very limited.  With these individuals they can suffer from a combination of all these things.  What do your stripes look like?
